We schedule tools to run remotely, monitor the results and take necessary actions. If we ever need to gain remote access to your desktop, we will schedule this with you and you can watch everything we do.
Our monthly remote maintenance includes:
- Update antivirus/anti-spyware programs and ensure they are running properly
- Install all current Microsoft Security updates
- Install all known security patches
- Perform tune-up of entire computer system
- Perform disk defragmentation (as needed)
- Check backups to be sure that data is being properly maintained (if applicable)
- Provide a report of our work
